Outstanding Service from Aventus Eco Ltd Highly Recommended!
I had been struggling with unusually high electricity consumptionaround 50 kWh per daydue to my air source heat pump system. Despite reaching out to multiple companies, including the original installer, no one was willing to help or even respond.
Thats when I contacted Sean from Aventus Eco Ltd, and Im so glad I did. Sean promptly visited my home, conducted a thorough evaluation of all relevant factors, and successfully identified the root cause of the issue. He didnt stop therehe also provided a detailed report that I could share with the installer and even offered to assist further in resolving the problem.
Seans professionalism, technical expertise, and willingness to go the extra mile truly set him apart. He is an absolute superstar, and I cant recommend Aventus Eco Ltd highly enough for anyone facing similar challenges.

Great experience using Aventus Eco to install a Heat pump at our terraced home. Very efficient from start to finish from Sean & co, took 4 days and were really happy with how its working. Sean also took time to talk us through how it all works and has been on hand to answer any question post-installation. Will be recommending them to friends and family.

Outstanding service, difficult decision to make to change to air source heat pump especially give the level of misinformation. Sean/Aventus Eco were outstanding in helping me explore and decide that this was right solution. Additionally it involved full house re-plumb because of problems with the old system, This was handled sensitively and professionally by all the members of the team with Sean setting very high expectations for everyone. I had hesitated because of the level of disruption but in fact it all went very smoothly. Thank you Sean/Aventis Eco and your team. I have no hesitation in fully recommending Sean and Aventus Eco Ltd.

After calling many companies and having an electrician come and wrongly replace our fit meter Sean could not have been more helpful. He took the time to help, explained everything so well despite it being a small job. He arranged for an electrican to come and checked in afterwards. I couldn't rate him higher, we are very grateful for his help.

We had an excellent experience with Sean and his team at Aventus Eco. They recently installed our air source heat pump and hot water system, and Sean was hands-on throughout the entire process. Aventus Eco is hands down the best company Ive worked with in a long time. From the first phone call, I knew I was in good hands.
