Established by Rob Simmonds and Simon Boulton, we combine over twenty-five years of experience in architectural design and project management across Cornwall and the South West. Our philosophy blends innovation with sensitivity, whether addressing a clifftop retreat, a rural farmstead, or a listed property. Led by ARB-registered architect Rob, our practice assures the highest professional standards while maintaining a hands-on, client-focused approach. Our intentionally compact studio structure enables us to provide a bespoke service, adapting each scheme to its surroundings and to our clients aspirations. We specialise in new homes, renovations, extensions, and conversions, often within areas of exceptional environmental or heritage significance.
