Established in 1974, Ardor Engineering traded as precision sub-contract machinists, speedily founding a reputation for fine craftsmanship and reliability, producing precision-machined components for few local firms. In 1991 Ardor Engineering became a Ltd firm and November 2004 saw the now MD Michael Kilbride take over the helm following a management buyout.
