Matthew designed the new layout for our farmhouse rennovation. He was instrumental in overseeing a complete thermal upgrade of the property, including a ground source heat pump and insulation to match modern building regulations. He sympathetically upgraded the property, allowing the original features to be exposed and encouraged us to re-use materials to maintain the integrity of the building. He was extremely knowledgeable, able to answer all our questions efficiently and effectively and proved to be a competent professional at all times. Matthew was also extremely approachable, he listened to our ideas, but also provided us with new and exciting ideas which gave the house the 'wow' factor. We have since recommended him to a number of people, due to the high quality of his work.
