All these are carefully handmade in our brand new dairy using vegetarian rennet, traditionally clothbound and matured. Available as whole cheeses or halves cheeses pre packed wedges labelled and priced ready for retail sale. A whole array of the highest quality cheeses to compliment ours are supplied as whole or pre packed. The dairy has been awarded SALSA accreditation. Producing artisan cheeses takes dedication and time but we think the results speak for themselves.
