read moreI moved into a new house and wanted the oven, hob and extractor to be cleaned. Upon the cleaning of the hob, unfortunately some moisture got into the electrical panel and the PCB board was damaged (human error).

We thought we'd let it dry out for a day or two but this didn't work despite Lee coming back to help try to fix it.

After a few conversations myself and lee came to an agreement where he'd send me the full amount for a new hob almost like for like (our exact model was no longer available), we wouldn't pay the cleaning fee either. All we'd have to do is pay for installation (which was pretty much the same as the initial cleaning fee).

Sometimes things can go wrong, but Lee dealt with the situation so well, always made time for me as it was a bit stressful for us both.

Lee was very quick to come up with a solution and I'd thoroughly recommend the service as everything was very clean and a very professional service was provided even during these difficult and unforseen circumstances.
