Simon really does know his stuff and it was such a relief to find a professional who didnt rip me off. We had problems with our chimney breast. It had all damp patches on the plaster. He sorted it in no time and was so clean!

Even though we live very far away, we received immediate help and support from the team virtually. Through images and description of the problem, they were able to provide us with some excellent suggestions and work that could be done to resolve the issues we had relating to damp. There were several issues relating to our damp property such that we were considering selling in auction as they seemed too overwhelming and we didnt have a full understanding. Simon completed a survey which gave us a much better picture of the range and complexity of the damp problems.He was able to provide a list of the actions needed to rectify the situation and he was confident in stating that the treatments would be successful. Sam and apprentice did an inspection, found root of issue did a report and then did the work after. Got a 10 year warranty on work.

Second job was a reskim of spare bedroom and 2 flights of stairs, nice tody job turned up on time, when they said they would.

Had a damp proof course done previously (with All Damp and was impressed) and another area off the house done since. When I contacted All Damp for a copy of my previous guarantee, they emailed it over the same day and asked for photos (I was selling my house and needed the paperwork) they assumed I had an issue and were keen to resolve. Needed some advice on a couple of damp spots in my house, an 1880s end-terrace. Sam did a a full survey of the problem spots before quoting on the work. The job was completed quickly and efficiently and the team were clean and tidy. Had the wall reskimmed as part of the treatment and so far so good the damp hasn't returned.
