Tony is brilliant. He originally fitted all of my locks when we had an extension done. A year later one of the locks failed and fell apart. Tony put me in touch with the supplier to do a claim for fault and then when the new lock arrived popped round and changed it over in about 2 mins. Same day (temporary lock fitted to secure property) and next day (came round to switch lock over when one arrived) service. Highly recommend.

I couldn't lock our French doors, I thought it was the lock but it was actually the internal locking mechanism. I phoned Tony he replaced the broken part and upgraded my locks to anti snap 3 star locks to pass on one key. Great service and price. Highly recommend.
