I contacted Kevin as I'd stupidly locked myself out. He was round in a flash, explained the differents types of ways he will attempt access and got me back in the house promptly.
I really appreciated the advice he gave me afterwards on additional security options I could consider to make my home more secure. It was honest, useful and without any attempt to sell me the products, however i'll definitely take him up on the advice!
