Callum and his team have been outstanding in helping address some issues which initially involved water testing for our non-mains water, and also replacement of a loft water tank with difficult access. The response to emails was always quick and helpful. They were able to get to sort both issues quickly. We experienced a very professional service and are very pleased with the results. Thank you.

I recently noticed a strange smell coming from the water in my bathroom sink. When I investigated further, to my horror I discovered a dead animal in my cold water tank. I called Acquiesce who provided a reasonable quote to do the job. The engineer they sent (Mark) did an extremely thorough job and was helpful, friendly and informative throughout, giving me great confidence that the job would be done to the highest of standards. I hope never to have such an issue again, but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Acquiesce. They were excellent to deal with.

Great company to deal with - was recommended by a friend and they were everything he said they would be - communicative, punctual, courteous and wrote a 5* water risk assessment for our wedding venue as well as told us the practical solutions to our issues. Always available to answer technical queries on the phone - even from a layman! We will be using them again - 5 stars.

Acquiesce carried out a legionella risk assessment for us at short notice. The quality of the report was excellent and they turned this around quickly for us. They then completed the remedial works required to ensure we were compliant/ Great service and very reasonable costs.

Completed a legionella risk assessment for us at short notice, then rectified the issues they found within 24 hours. Cannot recommend enough.
Took some water samples for us when our water was discoloured. Found the problem straight away and sorted this out for us. Price much cheaper than we had expected. Staff friendly and made us feel at ease in our building. Always on the end of phone for advice
