Minor problem, need advice we'll either talk you through the solution or remotely access your machine and show you how to resolve the problem. Ring in when you need support, and once we currently have taken your details we'll pass you to a technical expert. At that point you can talk to our engineer for up to 30 minutes for J16. 99, or alternatively the engineer can take control of your machine remotely for 30 minutes. Most simple problems should be solved in 15-20 minutes.
