Did a full rebuild of my gaming pc recently, totally unaware that I had a faulty psu delivered i got it all set up and could smell some smoke as well as hearing a horrid sound from the power supply itself, called the guys and brought the computer in at about 1pm on the 03/02/2026 and had it back home working perfectly and a lot tidier in the back with my cables by 4pm the next day, first time experience having someone else work on my pc but would definitely recommend of your having any issues you dont feel comfortable troubleshooting yourself

5/5 Really honest, genuine company with excellent ethics, skill and fast turnaround. I gave Dan a challenging repair on a Lenovo and Ipad which he smashed out. Working in the industry, I know how hard these repairs were and played dumb in conversation. I have to say spot on advice, super honest and very, very, very good value for money with both items successfully up and running.

Had a shock returning to the office after new year as it had been totally flooded!.. went to see Wes in the morning on the Friday and he managed to transfer the hard drive to new PC for me same day so that I could get myself up and running again. kept me up to date on progress and the total job including the new PC was about 30% less than the quote for a lesser spec PC with our IT support company. Saved the day for me - cant fault them.

I had an issue with my GPU not displaying an image, I brought it into AC Computer Warehouse for repairs. They quickly diagnosed the issue, resolved it and returned it to me for a very good price. Dan was super helpful after my laptop died. Ran me through the options I had, not guiding me on price, but on his professional advice.
I ended up buying a refurbished laptop from them, which was great value and works great. Dan also managed to get my data off of my old laptop and put it on the new one.
