In recent years the course has benefitted from the installation of a new fairway drainage system, allowing play when other courses have been closed in adverse weather conditions. read moreThe clubhouse holds a beautiful position commanding views across the first, fifth, sixth and eighteenth holes. On ground level there are well appointed mens and ladies locker rooms and three lounges that are generally opened to provide one large room with gorgeous views across the golf course. Two televisions provide further atmosphere when sports related events are on. There is also plans for a Golf Swing Studio in the former Snooker Room adjacent to the bar. The outside patio area is one of the most enjoyable places to have a post round drink and also watch some golf.

We have recently been accredited a Junior HSBC Grass Roots Golf Centre and our coaches currently offer the 'Junior Golf Passport' Programme which is a nationally recognized development programme offered in groups. The programme has 3 key levels: START, LEARN and PLAY.

Take the A621 - Abbeydale Road, for approx 5 miles until you pass Dore & Totley Station and then turn left onto Twentywell Lane. The club is positioned half a mile on the left, on Twentywell RIse. Leave at Junction 29 and take the A617 to Chesterfield, then take the A61 north for 8 miles. Turn left onto the B6054 - Bradway Road. After 1.5 miles, turn right onto Twentywell Lane. The Club is situated on the right after 0.5miles, on Twentywell Rise.
