read moreA non refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking, with the balance due six weeks before your stay. A reminder will be sent by email two weeks before the final balance is due. Bookings made eight weeks or less before the start of the rental should be paid for in full at the time of booking. A security deposit of 150 is required at the same time as the final balance is paid - payable by any of the above methods. This will be returned to you at the end of your stay after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment has been completed.
