Very quick service - the engineer came out the best day. A new part was needed which a second engineer fitted the following day. Both engineers were polite and friendly. I would recommend this service for its great customer service and speed of response.

24/7 Home Rescue is a company I have used, and I had a very good experience overall. I would like to give positive feedback for both the engineers who carried out the service and the insurance company that provides the cover. The engineers were professional, efficient, and did a great job. The communication and support from the insurance side were also very good. Im happy with the service provided and would recommend them.

I have been with 24/7 for a number of years now and have always found their employees helpful and friendly. Stewart came to do my boiler service yesterday as arranged, he was very polite and got on with the job. Stewart cleaned up after he had finished, not that there was any mess! I have never had any problems with 24/7 and find their policy's really well priced . The call centre staff are always polite too but can be very persistent at times if waiting for review!
