Archico

Our team delivers comprehensive architectural and technical solutions tailored to residential and commercial developments. We undertake measured surveys, create design concepts, and prepare planning and building regulations documentation. Detailed technical drawings and 3D visualizations form part of our service. We also provide project coordination and ongoing support throughout construction until the project is completed.

We offer 3D renders and models to help you visualise the design before any work begins. This is especially helpful for homeowners making layout or interior decisions, allowing you to better understand the space before construction starts. All our works are developed via a 3D software platform.

I have worked with the team at Archico for a couple of years now on a range of residential projects in East Cornwall! Their designs are always of a high quality, are beautifully presented and are well received by the local planning authority when we apply for planning permission. It's been a pleasure to work with the team to date and I am always happy to recommend Archico to new clients.
Emily, Atticus Planning

We have been fortunate enough to work with Matthew at Archico for several years and high recommend his services. As contractors, it is clear to us what the vision for each project is when Matthew has provided his design work and we have found him to be particularly supportive during the construction phase.

Matthew designed the new layout for our farmhouse rennovation. He was instrumental in overseeing a complete thermal upgrade of the property, including a ground source heat pump and insulation to match modern building regulations. He sympathetically upgraded the property, allowing the original features to be exposed and encouraged us to re-use materials to maintain the integrity of the building. He was extremely knowledgeable, able to answer all our questions efficiently and effectively and proved to be a competent professional at all times. Matthew was also extremely approachable, he listened to our ideas, but also provided us with new and exciting ideas which gave the house the 'wow' factor. We have since recommended him to a number of people, due to the high quality of his work.
