Great service. Contacted Roman on Christmas Day for a broken upvc door handle mechanism. It snapped off in me and guv! Got a reply back within 10mins offering to attend THAT DAY. It wasnt an emergency so he came out on the 27th. Fast and efficient, 30mins later he was off to attend someone elses door lock emergency, superhero cape billowing in the chill December air

Thoroughly recommend! Thank you.

Great service, was with me in Handcross in less that twenty five minutes on a Friday evening. Prompt, professional and good value. Cheaper that I thought. Hopefully I'll never shut my keys on the wrong side if the door again, but I'd I do, Romans will be my first call.

They often say "why are call out prices so expensive, if it only takes less than 15ish minutes to fix". It takes 15 mins to fix because you've spent years developing your skill in order to make your job look simple...So massive well done to Romans (RJ Locksmith Services LTD) who responded quickly this morning, and was over to fix the problem in less than hour from initial message!

Roman was excellent. He was able to come round super fast and diagnosed and fixed the problem (which was not actually the lock) in very short order and at a very reasonable price. He was tidy and very polite. I highly recommend

Romans came to us with a patio door with a broken bottom runner problem. He fitted a new runner there and then. The door now runs so easily we are hardly pushing it.

I called Roman on a Sunday morning he turned up a couple of hours later and fixed a door that we couldn't lock. He left 50 minutes later and the door worked better than the day it was installed. I would highly recommend Roman.
