I have been to Hatton gardens and a few jewellers but nothing is compared to Regal, they have been nothing but accommodating and exceptional in their customer service. I highly recommend for the jewellery and the service.

Properly helpful and generous with their time. I called Regal to ask whether they offer watch authentication services as I bought a watch online from someone else - they don't offer an official service, but Mark still spent a good 56 minutes on the phone walking me through how to carry out a preliminary visual inspection myself and what red or amber flags to look out for. He had absolutely nothing to gain from helping me, which made it all the more appreciated. I'd spoken to several other jewellers who simply said No, we don't offer that and left it there, so Mark and Regal really stood out here.

Im so happy I entrusted Mark in designing an engagement ring for my partner. The service, experience and ring were all outstanding! From the minute I walked through the door I knew I was in capable hands. Mark took time to explain all options to me, including the difference in stones and gave me time to decide on what I thought would be best.
