After an initial issue with communication and arriving for the appointment as scheduled, they did re book and I felt they put this right with good customer service and dealt with the raised issue accordingly and fitted the external tap in good time at a great price. I was happy with the result in the end and the price !

Couldn't fault the quality of service both pre & post job. Would recommend HJZ Ltd to anyone looking for a first class plumbing job.

Henry was brilliant. Resolved issues quickly and correctly as they popped up, came back the next day when the issue with our plumbing needed sorting before the main job. Highly recommended. Thankyou Henry

Henry has put new taps in, that replace very old ones that dripped. He will be installing a new shower soon. I am impressed by his whole approach to his work, which is thorough and shows an expert skill. He has a kind and friendly manner, also very patient with my poor hearing. I will be asking Henry to do plumbing work for me in future. Ive found the best, you can keep the rest!

November 7th update:
After fitting another new tap in my studio, which is much more practical, all the hot taps in the house refused to give more than a hissing and fizzing with little water.

I asked Henry if he could sort out the problem. He arrived within fifteen minutes and said it was an airlock. Then patiently explained how to remedy the problem. This he did in minutes.
Im very grateful he could do this before the weekend. He really is a star.

Henry was a nice guy, very knowledgeable and sorted our problem out straight away, we got a invoice and a guarantee with the work, its all very professional with receipts and upto date emails of all work carried out. I would definitely recommend Henry to anyone

No complaints at all for Henry at HJZ for fixing a leak we had with our toilet last Friday. Henry was knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. The job was bigger than expected but Henry finished it the same day and communicated about cost throughout. Thanks again and will certainly be in touch if we need any more help with our plumbing.

I would recommend HJZ to anyone!
Henry was able to fix the problem very quickly and professionally and at an excellent rate too. If I need anymore work in the future Ill be in contact straight away. Thank you very much!!

Well what can I say other than what a service and professional job they have done, with the full installation from replacing rotten joists, new copper pipes, walk in shower and putting down a new floor. Great job done.

Henry arrived promptly to sort out leaking toilet, we only made the call a couple of hours earlier. Would recommend his work, his tidiness, vans his professionalism.

Excellent service and communication throughout. Attended my problem with a leaking shower and gave me a diagnosis of the issue and an accurate quote. Was helpful with advice about what needed doing and gave a very reasonable quote. Job was completed to a very high standard and was also very helpful after the job was completed with a question I had. Good communication all the way through and very happy with the outcome. Thanks Henry.

Very responsive got a next day appointment, work completed same day as appointment. Reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Our boiler packed up due to being depressurised. The user instructions were pretty impenetrable so called a plumbing service. Henry arrived first thing the following morning. He fixed the issue, labelled all the boiler pipes for us and showed us how to fix it for ourselves next time it happens. Henry will be our go to plumber for any future plumbing work and we recommend his services without reservation.

What a star Henry is. Thank you so much. Professional Prompt. Lovely tidy work. Strong recommendation from me

Henry did an absolutely amazing job at guiding me through the repair, with step by step instructions and made it easy for me to follow. Now my draining issue is working fine and sink seems to be working perfectly, So a big thankyou to Henry for giving his time up on a bank holiday aswell.

I moved into my new house not too long ago and I was in need of a plumber and a handyman. I went online and thats when I saw HJZ Plumbing. I called them up and they gave me the earliest time available. He arrived and helped me fix both my shower and my tap and helped me install a brand new shower head too. A diligent worker and a great guy overall. Would highly recommend
