Our High Pressure Water Jetting service delivers a highly efficient and precise solution for removing unwanted materials, coatings, or concrete without damaging the underlying structure. Our Surface Preparation service provides expert concrete roughening and coatings removal using advanced rotary nozzles and ultra-high-pressure water jetting technology. We tailor finishes from light laitance removal to full aggregate exposure, meeting each projects precise needs. Our skilled operators deliver consistent, high-quality results efficiently and safely, reducing manual labour and overall project time for our clients.

At Sabre Jetting, we utilize advanced robotic machines to perform hydrodemolition for large concrete surface removal. Our equipment operates with powerful flow rates of 130lt/mm at 1300 BAR, ensuring efficient concrete surface preparation. This capability typically allows us to achieve production rates of 2m per shift, delivering both speed and precision in every project.

Sabre Jetting specializes in industrial tank cleaning, offering efficient and safe removal of substances such as gelled resins and rubber linings. Our experienced team uses advanced equipment, including high-pressure water jetting systems and vacuum tankers, to complete the task with precision. We ensure a thorough and clean result, adhering to strict safety protocols.

We specialize in the fast and efficient cleaning of commercial and industrial pipes using high-pressure water jetting. With the ability to remove concrete from pipes up to 8m in length and 300mm in diameter, we utilize extendable lances with nozzles expelling water at 500 meters per second to deliver effective results. For pipes with scale buildup, descaling may be required to prevent back pressure and maintain optimal flow. We also offer in-situ cleaning to minimize downtime.

Sabre have done numerous contract jobs for me over the years, including hydro-demolition under the Gravelly Hill interchange / Salford Circus for Interserve, and both hyrdo-demolition and scabbling work on our project at University of Birmingham for Balfour Beatty.
