AF Electrical & Mechanical Contractors

We engaged AF Electrical to consolidate two commercial electricity meters into one. Initial discussions with Hassan were reassuring, but everything went downhill after the work. Our lift and air-conditioning systems stopped working due to apparent wiring issues. After considerable chasing, they returned to fix the problem, but further issues emerged. Our electricity provider subsequently discovered incorrect connections that prevented meter readings.

For the past 3 months, we have endured endless excuses, missed appointments, unreturned calls and repeated broken promises from Hassan. Despite numerous opportunities to rectify the work, the issues remain unresolved. We are now having to engage another contractor to put things right, potentially at additional cost. Extremely disappointing service, questionable workmanship and a complete lack of accountability. Cannot recommend.

At very short notice, Mr. Hasan came quickly to fit a LED light pendant. The ceilings are high in my house, so the job can be challenging, even while working on a ladder. All in all, a perfect job with excellent results. Would definitely request this company's services again.

We've partnered with AF Electrical & Mechanical Contractors for one of our HMO properties. We found ourselves with an electrical issue on a Saturday night at 10pm, and they went to the property immediately. Not only did they swiftly identify and fix the fault, but the quality of their work was exceptional. The reliability of this team is truly impressive. We highly recommend their services to anyone in need of any kind of reactive maintenance or Electrical work.

AF Electrical & Mechanical Contractors recently completed a full M&E fit out at my business, and I couldnt be happier with the results. The quality of their work was exceptional everything was completed to the highest standard and even finished ahead of the agreed completion date. From start to finish, the team were professional, reliable, Communication was excellent throughout, and any small details were handled quickly and efficiently.

Its rare to find a company that delivers this level of workmanship and service. Highly recommend AF Electrical & Mechanical Contractors to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled team for electrical or mechanical works!

Excellent service from start to finish! My initial enquiry was dealt with by George in the office and the job was completed by Hasan. The whole experience was faultless. Communication was great throughout, I was kept updated every step of the way. Hasan was friendly, professional, and worked in a clean and tidy manner, showing real respect for my property. Its clear they take pride in what they do. Im really impressed with the level of service and wouldnt hesitate to use AF Electrical & Mechanical Contractors again or recommend them to others

Called on a bank holiday, they were here within the hour for a faulty hob. They were friendly and knowledgeable and gave some good advice for other work I was considering. I would recommend

I have recently had AF Electrical & Mechanical Contractors carry out electrical work at my home which i have purchased, I am beyond impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work. From the moment they arrived, it was clear that they were experts in their field. The team was punctual, courteous, and extremely focused on delivering high-quality results. The workmanship was exceptional.

They paid meticulous attention to detail and made sure every aspect of the job was completed to the highest standards. Not only did they ensure everything was functioning properly, but they also left the space neat and tidy, which I really appreciated. What stood out the most was their excellent aftercare service. Even after the job was finished, they checked in to ensure everything was running smoothly and were quick to respond to any follow-up questions I had.

Their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident, and I felt supported throughout the entire process. If you're looking for a reliable and professional contractor for electrical work, I highly recommend AF Electrical & Mechanical Contractors. They truly go above and beyond, delivering exceptional service and quality results.

Brilliant service from AF. Emergency boiler leak on Christmas day and arrived ASAP. Diagnosed and fixed the leak within 30 minutes to restore heating and hot water. Would definitely reccomend.

Had a mishap while doing some DIY with some light sockets, Rang AF ELECTRICAL as recommended by my son. They came out and sorted the problem as soon as they could. Couldn't fault them, very happy with the work, very polite and great value. Would definitely recommend.

Faz and hassan came out at 12 midnight, professional and polite. We was without water and heating but after a short time of talking use through every step they took we had both heating and hot water again! Couldnt recommend enough!

I could not be more happy with my experience with AF E&M Contractors. Faz and Hassan came out promptly to my house last night on an emergency call. Not only did they complete their work quickly but I was most impressed by their behaviour. They understood it is a stressful time for my housemates and I, and could not have been better at reassuring us and being very friendly!! They arrived at approx 12:15am and despite how late it was and the fact they had came all the way from Derby to Manchester, they were both upbeat and courteous while in our house. I dont leave many reviews but genuinely could not be happier with Faz and Hassan so felt it was only fair to leave an honest review to highlight them both!!

Emergency call out due to loss of sockets blown out. Arrived within the hour and got the heating back on and some sockets working. Came back to finish the job due to them being busy fixed the fault within the hour. Very friendly lads polite and worked quickly & professionally. We was always kept updated as to when the lads would return. Highly recommended

Great company to deal with, not cheap but not overpriced. Value and quality. Clean, professional and trustworthy. 10/10

I met Hassan and the team by chance as theyd come to assist with another job we had. No job was any trouble and the results were fantastic. We had a gas fire pulled out and replaced with an electric stove with lights. We also had 2 ceiling lights which we didnt need and they replaced it with one central light. We were cheeky and asked if the guys could replace some of our sockets too and they replied with a simple no problem. Honestly a fantastic team.

The communication was great and they always turned up when they said they would ! We called Hassan more recently to install some outdoor sockets. He came out and advised where he could place them with the least amount of mess. The job again was done perfectly. Thank you team for your awesome work ! Im sure well definitely see you again. 5 stars !

We rang on the off chance of a same or next day appointment to install wiring for spotlights. Received a courteous speedy reply and we were actually visited within the day at the exact time promised. All of the team were polite, efficient and professional. I cant recommend highly enough. Brilliant job.

AF Electricals, do a fabulous job. I have used them a number of times and every job has been perfect. They are professional, friendly, efficient, with a top quality finish and most importantly trusting to leave around the house to get on with the job. I highly recommend.

I highly recommend AF Electrical & Mechanical Contractors the service was second to none. They supplied and fitted a complete CCTV and Burglar Alarm system which was linked to my phone. Faz was great from start to finish, taking extra care and keeping me informed along the way. Very impressed with the standard of cleanliness and professionalism. First time using this company would definitely be using them in the near future. Thanks Faz

Had to have my kitchen rewired at short notice and Faz was amazing. Sorted out my fuse box, added in extra sockets and put some down lights under my cupboards. Very professional and efficient. Would highly recommend to anyone.
