Services
Kitchen Cleaning
Routine cleaning alone cannot prevent the build-up of grease and soil in a busy kitchen. Our comprehensive service targets all high-level and hard-to-reach areas, including hot cooking equipment. We deliver certified documentation accepted by regulators and insurers, and our trained technicians schedule visits at times most convenient to your operation to achieve superior results.
Extraction and Canopy Cleaning
Catering Hygiene Specialists ensure that every extraction system is cleaned to the highest professional standard, removing grease from canopies, filters, and ducts. Routine cleaning mitigates fire hazards, promotes hygiene, and maintains system efficiency. We supply detailed reports, photographic evidence, and official certification to satisfy regulatory, insurance, and environmental health requirements.
Fly Screens & PVC Curtains
We manufacture and fit bespoke fly screens and PVC curtains at your premises using mobile workshops. Designed to meet regulatory standards and withstand commercial use, our products also complement domestic interiors. A full range of DIY fly screens, mesh curtains, chain link curtains, and component parts is available for comprehensive coverage.
Catering Equipment
As members of the UKs leading catering equipment buying consortium, we secure the most competitive rates and maintain consistent value through regular price reviews. Our additional services reduce costs further by sharing overheads across divisions, ensuring clients benefit directly. With over 25 years experience, our committed team delivers professional, knowledgeable support tailored to commercial caterers needs.

Dennis did well cleaning the extractor fan and tried hard to make sure the kitchen at Copper Beeches is in hygienic condition during his time here.
Overall, he has done well and is very thorough with which requirements he needed to check at Copper Beeches Nursing Home.

Steve has been to us on many occasions now for our extraction to be clean and he is always very polite and helpful, he does an amazing job on the extraction and extraction hood as being a busy cafe in cosmeston country park is no easy job. He always leaves the kitchen tidy and puts everything back where it belongs.

The service was arranged in No time at all.
Steve arrived 15 minutes earlier, very cheerful staff member with a good sense of humour. It took me a couple of minutes to show around and then I was not disturbed until the end when I had to check the quality! Surprise! I have a little door in the ventilation for better access! Thank you for the good job. Will wait for the report now

I am so happy with my screens. I bought them to keep my cats safe and have surpassed all expectation. Dave, the fitter, was a lovely man and a real gent. I am now going to order the door. Highly, highly recommend this company. Jodie, has the patience of a saint and guided me through it. I asked so many questions! My windows look beautiful.
