I had to search the web for this type of service. I found Leak Detection 24/7 and, based on their feedback, I thought Id give it a go. Im glad I did. Mo attended my house with his high-tech equipment and was able to identify the issue very quickly. Mo consistently goes above and beyond, offering advice on the next steps. Mo managed to get me up and running after I was down for 3 weeks with no hot water and heating. I would be more than happy to use Mo again and pay the extra if I had to.

Mo was brilliant. I called him and he came out on the same day. He quickly assessed the likely source of the leak and confirmed its position with gas testing and thermal imaging. He then accessed the pipe and carried out a repair. Such a relief to get this sorted and with a much more surgical approach than my plumber who wanted to start removing the concrete floor. Call Mo - you wont regret it!

Moe recently came to our property to carry out track and trace on the mains water line (hot and cold feed). I was very impressed with his work. He arrived on time, was very polite and explained every process clearly. After the necessary test carried out, he concluded that the leak was not on our property and was a external leak for the Waterboard to further investigate. He provided us a detailed report highlighting what work was carried out. Overall Moe was professional, efficient and easy to work with. I highly recommend him if you need track and trace carried out.

I used the guys at Specialist Leak Detection, I would like to say that from start to finish I have no reservation in recommending this Company. From the initial contact and booking the home visit, it went very smoothly, the engineer Moe arrived on time, introduced himself and explained what he would be doing at during every step. Moe located the water meter and ascertained there was not any leak between the meter and the mains cold water isolating valve under the kitchen sink. Moe ran a pressure test on the mains cold water Eventually finding a small drip on the water feed to the toilet cistern. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Our central heating had gone off and to be told you have a leak somewhere under all your wooden fittted flooring and tiling!!

Called many a company just from online search so many couldnt come out only mon-Friday or didnt call back or promised they were coming but never showed.

Came across Moe from an online search and Im really glad I did. What a great guy, friendly and very knowledgeable. Never stopped until he actually found the leak repaired it and got us back up and running. He never rushed we took him hours and charged me exactly what we agreed. Super experienced friendly guy. Moe attended my property at short notice today following an overnight burst pipe, his approach was no drama, we can sort this out and he very calmly and efficiently dealt with the problem. From start to end he was friendly, very professional, understanding, and courteous, he reassured us throughout explaining what he needed to do and how to do it. My wife attempted to clean up, but he insisted it was his job. Thank you for your prompt response to, what for us was, a disaster. Moe was recommended to us by a local plumber as a leak detection specialist. He didn't dissapoint. He detected an underfloor central heating leak within a short space of time using equipment not common to most plumbers. Losing boiler pressure at 0.7 per day in late Autumn was a problem that needed addressing. The naked eye could not solve it and when Mo (of Leak detection) applied his process infusing into the heating system an hydrogen/nitrogen gas to detect the problem the answer was an emphatic victory. I would recommend this company to anyone with similar problems without hesitation. Thank you Mo.
