The purchase of this Quickie Q50R Folding Wheelchair is my third wheelchair from Felgains. The service from Linda is always very professional, but with a personal touch. The after sales service is always second to none too. The chair is very responsive, great quality and looks extremely streamlined too. I would highly recommend the chair and Felgains.

I had the pleasure of completing some work at Felgains head office recently. I am the father to a severely disabled child and having met the staff but more importantly listen to how they interact with their customers it is evident that they genuinely care about their clients best interests. This is something that is all to often lacking in companies dealing with the welfare and quality of life of disabled people. I would like to applaud Sam and his team for this and would not hesitate to reccomend them. I will certainly look to use them myself in the the years to come.

As an OT that works in both health and social care sectors for all age groups, I have often needed to call on the help of Felgains to problem solve difficult situations and try out specialist equipment. Felgains staff have always been exceptionally helpful answering queries, resolving problems and going out of their way to help. In my experience Felgains has always provided excellent, high quality service and support.

I would even go so far as to say that they take a person centred approach and understand the needs of clients and the pressures on services and the health and social care sector which is why it is a pleasure to work with them and their specialists.
