We used Move Store for our office move. They were very professional and patient. Very supportive and flexible when we had an issue with the moving date into our new office. Cameron & James were always available to make changes to our needs until the office move went ahead. Eric & Andy were absolutely brilliant on both occasions, when all of our office furniture went into storage over the Xmas period and then when we moved into our new office in January. Cant praise them enough for their help and would highly recommend them for either an office or house move. Absolutely brilliant.

Having used MoveStore for a long distance move from Dyce to Edinburgh and also used their storage facilities, they were the obvious choice when it came to moving an upright piano from my brothers property to mine. Andy and Eric collected the piano and delivered it to my flat. They tackled the job very professionally considering the best way to manoeuvre the piano safely into my living room. Once it was in the room, they made sure I was completely happy with where it was situated. Another successful move !

When two guys turned up I was a bit sceptical but they are serious workers and did it faster that I thought. In my new place could not be more helpful even when I chopped and changed about where furniture was to go. Made potentially worrying situation a good experience. Recommended.

This is our Third time using movestore, we moved with them recently, a really professional and great team, were able to get us moved over to our new house extremely efficiently and within a couple hours for what was a decently packed 2 bedroom flat, really impressed with there service as usual, and will continue to use them for any future removals

The team at MoveStore were absolutely fantastic. From the video call to discuss the removal requirements through to the day of the move they were always professional, polite and respectful. They were right on time, took extra care to protect my items and the furnishings between the two properties. I'd like to extend my profound thanks to Cameron and James for their friendliness and professionalism, and for making my move stress-free. Highly recommend MoveStore for anyone looking for a reliable removals service.

Great experience with nice store in November of last year. Organised a fairly straight forward move at short notice, clear communication, professional service, competitive price vs other quotes we had received. Particularly happy with the care taken in taking apart and reassembling furniture. Thanks to James and team. Wouldnt hesitate to use again

I can totally recommend MoveStore. The removals team was the best I've ever used - all smiles and supportive through the worst that Storm Babet could throw at us, patiently putting on and removing shoes as they took our stuff out of the house, protecting anything delicate or expensive with padded covers, and even offering a sympathetic ear when the whole day suddenly felt a bit overwhelming. Get in touch with James and the team, I'm certain you will not regret it! Thanks team, so much.

A really fantastic service. Cameron and his team are professional and polite. They even whispered in the stairwell of my tenement flat while they worked so as not to disturb my neighbours! I stored my furniture with them for 7 months and could not have been more pleased with their excellent service. Id thoroughly recommend them.

If I could put 10/10 would do so. We moved a number of times internationally and twice in Edinburgh. Both my wife and I are really impressed by Cameron, Ferguson and James. Very friendly and responsive, reasonable for last minute changes and requests. And very professional in actual work, brought protective covers for the doors and floors, protective covers for furniture. Very polite, well mannered. Moved everything safely, fast and with a smile. Could not recommend them more.

I cannot recommend MoveStore enough if you are looking to move in Edinburgh! As it was my first time moving I was really unsure of exactly what I would need. Cameron organised a video call to determine how many boxes I would need and give me a very reasonable quote. On the day of moving the team were bang on time and very accommodating. They had all my goods moved very quickly and efficiently with excellent customer service - I truly cannot recommend them enough!

The 5 star reviews are spot on with these guys. My moving day had a last minute issue which left me in some state by the time the guys came. They were reassuring, kind and efficient, turned what was a terrible morning into a stress free moving day. Can't say a bad word about the service. Don't hesitate to use this company if your looking to for flat or movers in Edinburgh. Thank you very much.

Couldnt fault the guys at move store when moving. They were so helpful and accommodating at such short notice after we were let down with another company. They took extra care with some fragile and sentimental bits of furniture and everything made the move in one piece. Would highly recommend their service. Thanks Movestore

Highly recommended. I was needing a company to move, store and move again my household effects as a result of selling my property about five months before my new-build was going to be complete. I did considerable research into the removals and storage market and selected MoveStore on a combination of price, reviews and first-class communications with James Morris. My circumstances have changed which means that I am no longer needing a removal/storage service, but I have no doubt that MoveStore would have provided an excellent service.
