Repairing my laptop took only 10 minutes. The technician explained the reason for the failure and set up the work quickly and efficiently. All programs work great. I do not have enough words to explain how proffesional Mr. Lukasz was regarding my laptop problems. Even though I did not booked for an appointment, they took my laptop promptly after calling and did the assesment next day, free of charge. Shortly after that, we agreed about the costs of repairs, which was at a fairly good price. Everything from first contact, approuch and delivery was thoroughly made, with a customer satisfaction policy. Definetly recommend this laptop, PC and other electronics repair lab. Well done!

Highly recommend this company. Within 24hrs of requesting support to rectify an issue with my printer, Lukasz made a home visit and solved the issue. Such a polite, efficient gentleman who fully explained what he had done to rectify the problem. If you have a computer / printer issue, would definitely suggest you make contact.

Brilliant service from Lucas and his colleagues. Answered a written question promptly and comprehensively. Popped in to have a new battery fitted, all done within 10 minutes, and then to resolve a complex iPhone problem. Lucas wouldn't be beaten! Took 15 minutes and then he cracked it - what a relief. And Elvikom's charges were more than modest.

Excellent from start to finish. I wish i found Lucas earlier. He's honesty and knowledge on my mac book pro computer was absolutely excellent. I would use definitely again. These guys are amazing. I was giving up on my Apple MacBook Air, which got really badly damaged. Contacted Elvikom Ltd they sounded very positive and helpful and their quote for repair was very reasonable.
