My experience with Comfort estates has been a delight. The credit truly belongs to Claire. She is professional, prompt in her responses and is very friendly to talk to. The apartment we are letting is also in good condition and hopefully we will have a good relationship till the end. Deducting one star over a very elaborate process of references and checks. Understandably it is required of them to get into an agreement with all the checks done but I just feel like it is a bit too extensive. Other than that, very good service and definitely recommending them!

I have been with comfort lettings 6 months now and all I can say it is has been plain sailing from start to finish. Any issues I had were resolved as quickly as possible and I was kept in the loop at all time. The Comfort Lettings team is exceptionally professional, especially Sophie Evans, who has been our property manager for almost 4 years! She always responds to our concerns and property maintenance needs quickly. The whole team have excellent customer service. They answer all our questions very quick and the process to sign the contract as a tenant was done on-line, we only went to the agency to grab our keys. I can't recommend this lettings agent enough. Sophie in particular has been very attentive and gone above the level expected to help us throughout the move in process as well as ironing out any small things that needed to be sorted when we first moved in. I've been renting in Nottingham for several year now and Comfort lettings have by far provided the best service.

We've used Comfort Lettings for almost a decade now and have found them really easy to deal with. They are generally really responsive to emails/calls and always friendly! They also have decent systems that track income / expenses and provide tax summaries and so on which makes it easy as a landlord.

We are landlords and we let our property out with Comfort and have done so for the past 10 years. The whole team are fantastic and we have recommended them to many others since. Quotes for work to be completed (as and when required) are always reasonable and communication is excellent. Comfort inspect the property regularly so we have piece of mind that our property is being looked after. This is especially important to us because this used to be our home and so we still have an emotional attachment. We've never been without tenants and any issues have been dealt with effectively and efficiently. Keep up the good work Comfort.
