Tom and Liz provided a very high quality professional and dignified service for our brother who recently passed away. The price was very competitive and the family were very pleased with the service. We are very grateful to Simple Sendoffs for the care and professionalism shown when they organised the funeral for a member of the Ukranian family who had been staying with us since the war broke out. It was very difficult for the other family members organising a funeral in a culture different to theirs and Simple Sendoffs were brilliant and the funeral was beautifully organised with great compassion. The value was outstanding without feeling it was compromised in anyway. We would recomend Simple Send Offs to anyone.

My father passed away on the 15th of July and I had never organised a funeral before. I rang this company and a lady called liz and a man called Tom who run the company where so helpful and understanding. They did everything they could do provide me and my family a good send off for my father. They had my did in there care for 2 weeks and kept him in great condition. On the day of funeral they provided us with an amazing service.

I have now received the ashes from them of my dad and they gave me them in a lovely scattertube they helped me organise the whole funeral and gave me many ideas to consider I cant thank them enough. Jack gibbs

Simple Send Offs from start to finish were absolutely fantastic. Liz and Tom couldn't do enough for us, always on hand and extremely respectful throughout. They made my dad John very proud. My mum said she will be taking another funeral plan out for herself in the foreseeable. I highly recommend Simple Send Offs. Brilliant service.

I would recommend Simple Send-Offs to anyone. I chose them because of their ethical approach. They provided everything any other funeral director provides, just without the expensive 'shop front'. They are committed to keeping costs as low as possible for their clients, but there is no compromise on professionalism or quality. Tom and Liz were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. Huge thank you to both of you from all the family.

So glad we found this company. Good value and staff were very sympathetic to our situation and professional. I couldn't have done it without them. As per our uncles wish we had a simplicity funeral. This was something that we had not experienced before as it is not a typical service and we didn't know what to expect or how to feel about it. Our family experienced a wonderful service by Tom, who was very approachable and professional. He put all our minds at ease and helped and guided us every step of the way. He worked with our family with compassion and we knew our Len would be in safe hands. Tom dealt with all hospital staff and had our Lens ashes back to us in time to send him off with his mum on his 60th birthday. I could not recommend this company enough. They were fantastic in our time of need.

Can't praise liz and Tom enough for everything they done for my dad's send-off, didn't know what to expect really with it being so much cheaper than other companies, everything they done had a more personal touch, they don't believe in selling you things you don't need, really can't thank them enough, lovely people.

Tom and Liz are such a lovely, caring and professional team. They were always there to answer our questions and nothing was too much trouble for them, and we'd like to commend them for everything they did during such a difficult time in our life. We'd never planned a funeral before so from the start, when they visited us at home, to finish we are very grateful for their support, understanding and excellent service.

A Simple Send-offs funeral is certainly affordable and cheap by comparison to others but by no means of little worth it offers a lovely sense of caring and compassion at a very sad and difficult time and I would highly recommend Simple Send-offs to anyone to care for their loved ones.

We recently said goodbye to my sister in law Pauline. Liz and Tom could not have been more helpful, considerate and kind. They listened to our wishes and understood what Pauline would have wanted. They even managed to locate the particular music for the cremation. We will always be very grateful for their professionalism and attention
