Hired for an end of tenancy cleaning. They did a great job on the whole, super friendly and came on time. We left to grab a coffee in town and they rang with enough time for us to walk back which was nice. Everything looked great, the property smelt amazing when we left. There were 1 or 2 spots that were still a bit dirty on the floor, as I think they just mopped and these spots needed more of a scrub, but I didn't mind as they had done a great job elsewhere. They were really good value, and really responsive every time I rang. Definitely recommend :

I was very happy with the service (oven cleaning) provided by Monster Cleaning Services. The young man who cleaned my oven was very conscientious and methodical in stripping down and cleaning it, and was most helpful in explaining various points to me. In addition, Stan (in the office) gave me useful links for replacement parts and advised me on pricing. All in all, I would be happy to use Monster again.

I have used them for the end of tenancy cleaning. I couldn't recommend them more! The staff is extremely efficient and the flat was cleaned to perfection. I am super fussy when it comes to cleaning and very perfectionist with the details, the cleaning was so perfect that I cannot even pin point NOTHING. Thank you so much for your services! My carpet has not been cleaned for years and when my walls got painted I realised how dirty my carpet was. I immediately called a service and Monster Cleaning was the first available one on a good price. Although I needed to call them out twice but after all my carpet got the original colour back. All stains could be removed, no more dark spots in the corner.and the smell is just perfect. I strongly recommend you to call Monster Cleaning. Good helpdesk, reliable staff. Number 5! Thanks guys!

Monster Cleaning did a fantastic job cleaning a newly-purchased flat which had been left in a real state by the previous owners. Everything we asked to be cleaned was done thoroughly and well within the time-frame we booked, with some extra cleaning of the kitchen as there was time at the end. The windows and bathroom in particular have been transformed. Highly recommend.

Very pleased by this company's level of human flexibility, willingness to work with me, compared with the rigidity of several other companies I spoke with. I was out of town for the end of my tenancy and my light bulb went out on the day that I left. I had to coordinate a cleaning after that, and no other company would be willing to clean the bathroom without any working light in it. Monster cleaners finally came and bought light bulbs, changed them, and did their best jobs despite the non ideal conditions.
The price was the second lowest out of the handful I spoke to, but the only one who was willing to work with me in my own circumstances. Very professional and courteous throughout the whole process. Recommend.

I originally contacted Monster Cleaning because I wanted One Off (instead of End of Tenancy Cleaning). A friend of mine that was moving out soon told me I should do that in order to save some money. When I spoke with them a very friendly girl kindly explained to me that I would be far more content with the results if I booked the End of Tenancy. She explained to me that their One Off doesn't guarantee a deep clean the property and may take more hours to achieve the needed results.
Their Tenancy Services also have a 48-hour guarantee and for a 40 more (than the One-Off) I would receive the proper cleaning that needs to be done in order to get my rental deposit back. I decided to trust them and I was not disappointed. My home was completely deep-cleaned and I got my deposit.

I've been letting an appartment in Kingston and the tenants left it a compleate mess. They lost their deposit, but I had doubts it would be able to cover the damage they did. I hired Monster Cleaning to do a complete cleaning of the property including carpets and they did an amazing job with the place. The price was fair given the state of the property and they even gave me a 50% discount on the carpet cleaning. I'm very pleased with their work.
