Absolutely amazing service. Contacted them on Monday afternoon regarding a tongue tie and they came out Tuesday morning as i requested it as soon as possible. The girls were so professional, informative, friendly and just all round lovely putting me at ease at what was an unsettling procedure for me to have done (but necessary) for my baby's health. Highly recommend to anyone who is thinking about using this company

Amazing experience! After hearing that Alder Heys waiting time was 16 weeks for a Frenulotomy or tongue tie cutting, I knew I didn't want my 6 week old baby being then 3 months and more aware of what was happening to him so I looked at going privately. I found Zita Maria that had appointments within 3 days! We met with Michelle and Carys who were both absolutely amazing with my baby boy and have lots of amazing advice!
The procedure was so quick and as soon as baby boy had a bottle in his mouth you would have never thought anything happened to him. We was in and out within half an hour including assessment and feeding him. We even got a phone call a week later to see how baby was and if we needed anymore support. I couldn't thank Michelle and Carys enough for everything they did! Baby is so much happier since it's been done he is even babbling and smiling! Money well spent!

I had Michelle with both my youngest pregnancies and wish I had met her sooner with my two eldest, Michelle was very caring throughout and nothing was to much for her . I felt so at ease and comfortable with her and I could ask her anything ,she also helped with any fears I had during my pregnancies
