We needed a good bathroom fitter but no-one we knew had recent experience of one. So were turned to searching the internet for a local fitter with excellent reviews and came across Rob Oakley's website. We were struck by the positivity of all the reviews and made contact. First impressions were good; he came to meet with us when he said he would and responded promoptly with a quote and a start date some weeks ahead.
We decided to accept the quote and wait for him. We are so glad we did. He contacted us with a date to start and turned up on that day, with Jack, his apprentice. The work went pretty much as scheduled; even the Tiler and Plasterer turned up on schedule. Where there were issues, or choices to be made, Rob talked through the options with us and we were able to resolve them The work is now complete and we are delighted with the result. |He was worth waiting for.
We are happy to recommend Rob both for the quality of his work and for the way he manages it. He has the experience to resolve issues, and the personality to engage well with his customers. We are so pleased that others were able to recommend him and we hope our endorsement of him and his work, serves to help others looking for a good Bathroom fitter in due course. Michael Jenkinson

Rob recently did a complete refurbishment of my bathroom. All the work was carried out to a very high standard and at a reasonable price, including the tiling which he sub-contracted out to 2 excellent (and super quick) tilers. He was also helpful in the design stage as he was able to suggest products that would achieve the completed bathroom I wanted. Rob and Lewis arrived promptly each day and cleaned up before they left. I would certainly recommend Rob Oakley and wouldn't hesitate to contact him if ever I need similar work done.

Having recently had a baby, we decided to redesign our bathroom to accommodate a bath in the seemingly small room. From the first meeting with Rob we felt confident in the design choices we were making with him and that he was on the same page we were with what we desired. He was courteous and professional, and always willing to respond to our queries. From the first day work begun we were nothing but pleased with Robs professionalism and workmanship. Whilst Rob was doing the main load of the work himself, some of the more bespoke works (plastering and tiling) were handled by sub-contractors, and as we came to expect from Rob, each one of them was a professional and hard working as he was.
As a team they delivered a final product that we are more than pleased with, and i would happily recommend Rob to anyone looking to make improvements to their bathroom. We had several quotes done for us to make the improvements we desired, and for the quality and standard of the final product Rob was very competitively priced. If we were to have any of the other bathrooms in our house re-done Rob would be our first port of call. I will update with a photo when i have finished with the final touches (painting) as i am very happy to share the quality work completed
