Great service from start to finish, I contacted BK Plumbing with a boiler issue and they called me back within 10mins, The engineer came out and explained the issues and options to rectify this. It was decided that we needed a new boiler and various other components, they agreed to carry out the work whilst we were on holiday which was great as we came home to a finished job so no disruption to us. Couldn't recommend them enough will definitely use again for any other plumbing issues we may experience. Top Job

10 - Disconnection of gas cooker - This company responded quickly to our query which was appreciated as it was a short notice request. Quote received to carry out the work plus a timescale of when the engineer would call. The engineer arrived within that timescale, he was friendly, courteous....definitely a company we would recommend.

I would highly recommend BK Plumbing & Heating Services. After moving into our new home to find we needed new gas pipework I came across BK Plumbing through reccomendations and they definitely didn't disappoint. From coming to quote so quickly to booking us in as they understood the urgency of the works. The workmanship was extremely neat and fair pricing for the quality of the work carried out. BK Plumbing made sure that everything worked as it should and was available for further advice when needed. We are that impressed they will be now looking to replace our whole heating system.

We called BK Plumbing & Heating Services on Tuesday because we had problems with our toilet not flushing properly. They came out the next day and sorted the problem there and then as they had the necessary part in the van. The gentlemen who came was professional and friendly and left the area very tidy. Great service from Ben when our boiler was playing up. He arrived promptly, worked out the problem, part ordered and fitted within 2 days. Ben also checked over the whole system including venturing into the loft only leaving when he was happy all was working well.
