Simply brilliant service. After the glass in our woodburner was broken we needed it repaired as soon as possible due to it being seriously cold. I called the company and asked if they could help. As I live 40 minutes from the store I said I would take the door to them, if they could help. They told me to drive over and within half an hour of arriving, my door was fully repaired and I was heading home. I'm writing this with my feet heating up by my nice new door glass. Great staff, great service and great price. Can't fault them in any way. Thanks

Can't recommend this company enough. Customer service is second to none. Glass arrived promptly however it had been damaged in transit. Phoned them and they asked for photo of glass. Sent email 1.15 pm Wednesday New glass arrived first thing Thursday morning. The world may be falling apart around us due to covid 19 but at least you can get glass for your wood burner. Thank you fast glass.

First Class Service. I did not know the model of my fire glass so I emailed a picture to Fast Glass over the weekend. On Monday Fast Glass told me the make and model and that they had the glass in stock at a good price. My order went in on Monday just before 12 and the glass was delivered in sturdy packaging before 9AM the very next day. Superb!

My stove glass broke on wednesday evening at the start of a cold snap.
