A really quick and convenient way to get a very good quote for a remortgage application. No personal details are gathered to obtain the quote, which was instant and later confirmed to the penny by the law firm ultimately referred. Law firms were clearly marked by this site as being on the panel of firms used by the building society I was taking the mortgage from, which is a nice touch.

I have used the Homebuyer Conveyancing panel to provide instant quotes for a property sale. I wasn't ready to proceed but I could sill find out what my costs would be.
