Had a Hormann up and over garage door fitted 3 years ago. Fantastic product. However, today (sunday) I had an issue with the remote fobs and they wouldn't allow the door to open. As it was out of hours I messaged Eastern doors my issue and within 5 minutes I had a detailed response from them to solve this. It was very clear and my door is now fully functioning. Cracking service Eastern Garage Doors.couldn't have asked for more!

Excellent doors. Fitted well. Had issue with getting them serviced, but it seems this was to do with internal changes and re-structuring. All sorted now. Doors serviced and all is good.
