We switched our managed IT support over to Tecplicity in August 2020 after losing confidence in our current supplier. Since then we have seen huge improvements in our network performance and our staff know an expert helping hand is just a phone call away. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Tecplicity, they made the switch of suppliers straight forward and pain free and we have been really impressed with their staff. We approached TECPLICITY with an idea for a new competition website, they were brilliant! They designed and built the new site including our custom competition software. They also host our new site and provide all the email services we need, they provide great support and are always at the end of a phone or email if we don't understand anything.
