Matt at Orlando Reid was an absolute star. My solicitor was rather difficult with my buyer, so Matt bridged the gap discreetly and kept our communications going until the sale went through despite the difficulties. Matt went the extra mile in terms of providing relevant information, keeping me informed and supporting me when things didn't go my way. Working with Matt felt more like having a friend than an estate agent - and I never thought I'd say that!

Secured me an excellent rental place on London and made sure that because I was first to call when the property went on the market, I was first to view and I got a pretty damn good deal. Since then, Tamsin let me know when my rent was late due to a bank error and was very understanding, not chasing me like a criminal just a gentle nudge. Very professional and a good experience.

Recently I worked with Orlando Reid I wasn't looking forward to it with previous bad experience with agents however having dealt with Albert I was very happy and pleasantly surprised kept in the loop the whole way through and nothing seemed to much. I moved into a property managed by Orlando Reid nearly two years ago and everything has been amazing. I only deal with Lakhan who is quick responding, always has the answers to my questions and also gets our repairs done either within hours or only a few days. If/when we move I will defiantly be looking at what Orlando Reid has to offer and I hope it will be managed my Lakhan again.

We moved recently in a property let by Orlando Reid! The process was easy and their system of renting was like no other, plus the staff was very helpful. Once moved in the property, were some small things we saw that needed some attention, but once we contacted them, they fix it in a very short time and in a professional manner. A plus for their online system for maintenance (very easy to use, you can add photos and description of the issue) that saves you plenty of time.
Other small letting agency should take it as example, this would make the life easier to all of us (tenants, landlords and agency). For the moment I don't have any cons to add and for sure we will have a nice and smooth experience during our tenancy.
