I am a tenant and wanted to leave my tenancy earlier than planned. Initially it was quite a difficult process as my designated property manager left and his replacement then also left and it appeared nothing was being done. However, once Tracey Docherty Head of Property Management from the Chandlers Ford Branch became actively involved I was informed on a more regular basis of events and eventually this resulted in a good outcome.

Excellent service from Charters, from Jasper who we saw first through to Nathan and also Gemma who worked tirelessly throughout the process and was speaking to us daily in order to see it through to completion. We dealt with Charlotte at Charters in BIshops Waltham. We were looking for a property locally although we live in Birmingham. We felt very valued as customers and Charlotte was very informative about properties in the area and understanding of our needs and the difficulties that we faced. She kept in close daily contact with us and encouraged us to look at a variety of properties in the area. Although we eventually found a property which had not been marketed by Charters our experience with Charters was overwhelmingly positive and we would highly recommend Charlotte as a point of contact for any prospective purchaser or seller.
