Remortgage
If you are coming to the end of your mortgage deal within the next 6 months contact us immediately and we can look to reserve a new interest rate now which will go live when your current penalties end, if between now and when the penalties end, the interest rates lower again, we will amend the application to reflect the new lower rate, its a win win for you, why wait and risk losing out on what is available now especially when we can amend the mortgage application if rates drop (we can even submit another application with a different lender too if the interest rates are lower).
