I used this company to replace a Boiler in my top floor Flat. New Government regulations meant that a Flu pipe to the roof had to be replaced together with a new vent. They did this work efficiently and fast. Another company had said I needed scaffolding but Ikon arranged a cherry picker, thus greatly reducing the price. This is a good honest company with efficient pleasant staff. Highly recommended.

I do not often leave reviews, however when I have a fantastic customer experience, when someone turns up when they say they will turn up and keeps me constantly up to date with what is going on and fixes my problem in the same day I thought it worthwhile sharing the experience so others can benefit. Will was brilliant when we had our boiler replaced and moved, very professional job considering the heat that had to deal with in the loft. He has been on the end of the phone for me as well when I had an issue after a radiator leaked. Fantastic aftercare and brilliant job. Thank you
