After initial good communication the work (regrouting a patio and relaying loose slabs) carried out was of a poor quality (slabs still loose and weeds growing within weeks) and the site was left untidy. Despite an initial revisit, a commitment to return and several calls this never materialised and all attempts to contact have been ignored.
