Excellent service. Have tried a few different places and can't even get someone to answer my chats. Both our companys orders here were delivered quickly and any queries were answered straight away. The products are made really well and didn't cost the earth. 10 stars if I could

Excellent service. I am grateful to Jay, in particular, for helping me out with the return for the wrong cycle stands I bought. And they were very kind to send the correct cycle stands straightaway. I would highly recommend them.

Firstly I'd like to say i was very spectacle after reading some reviews, as it tell you a lot about a company! How ever this company had more positives then negatives and in this case I made a order for a small product and I was super happy with the customer service over the phone and the the time frame of delivery. Once I recieved my order and was happy with the quality I went ahead & made a large order worth in excess of 18,000 (for my company) and I must say with out a doubt that the service I got from the staff especially (shak) Shakirul Islam who was there through out every step of the way, made the ordering process so easy that I could've done this whole process with my eyes closed!

From answering any questions I may have, to measurements and top quality, longer lasting products. I would highly highly recommend this place and I will be back soon as we are opening a new branch in London. Thank you again! This was an AMAZING experience! Jack

Excellent service by Shakirul on mail support regarding technical questions and help with delivery arrangements, which was so difficult. I would recommend this company. I couldn't have my new semi vertical rack for 4 bikes if Shakirul didn't help me. Thanks.

Needed a solution for storing my bike with limited space. I checked out this website and there were lots of different solutions with a variety of prices. Before I ordered I rang to speak to a member of staff just to confirm that it would be suitable. The staff member I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgable which was a great help. I made the order it was with me within a few days and is excately what I needed.

Bought free standing double sided wall docks. Good sturdy frame. I customized by adding some heavy duty tape for a bit of extra support at the level of the back wheel. On the whole a good budget solution for garage storage (although be aware any stand where bike is suspended from front wheel may not work with mudguards). Marked down one due to small issue with delivery which was quickly resolved.

Don't understand the bad reviews! Have been searching the web for some good quality, yet at a reasonable price bike racks for my garage. Found them and I have to say, they are just a little gem. The service is fantastic, the delivery was prompt and quick (it took them less than a week to deliver the good, how good is that?), and good price, just amazing value in total. Customer service was really good too, so I just highly recommend the company!

I needed a lock system for my motorbike and found it here. The floor anchor is just what I need its good quality and simple. The price was great and when I ordered it only took a few days to arrive and I was able to secure my motorbike from the minute I fixed it to the floor. Brillant

I recently ordered a bike perch from Bike Dock Solutions as to save floor space in my garage and it's great! It's a really solid, well made piece of equipment, the workmanship is second to none. I love the fact that each one is made uniquely and it was a quick and fast delivery. The bad reviews seem off as I've had nothing but a pleasant experience with Bike Dock Solutions and I will definitely use them again for any of my bike needs and recommending them to my fellow cyclist friends!
