I called Earl at 7am to request a same day clearance that afternoon - very little notice was given. Jorge and Silva arrived later that afternoon and gave it their all. It was not an easy task, having to carry approximately 200 rubbish bags or so from a second floor flat with no lift. But they did not complain, were extremely helpful and polite, and we were very impressed and satisfied with the overall job. Thank you to the team at KwikSweep!

The office team was very responsive to answering my questions and giving me an estimated cost. They were also available to come straightaway. Three efficient people came on the day and did the clearance very quickly. They explained how the rubbish is recycled (which was an important consideration for me in choosing a removal company). They left the place clean and tidy. I undoubtedly recommend using Kwik Sweep services, and I will use them again when needed in the future. The only thing is that I did not know they would not take old paint pots. But they explained the different options on how to dispose of them.

Excellent service for removing fridge. Earl responded very quickly to my request and managed to dismantle and remove a large American fridge from a tight spot the next day. It was in the flat of my elderly mother and the people who came were very nice and kind to her and put all her worries at ease. Very much recommend them!

Great service, Was able to fit a tight schedule and completely open, upfront and honest with their pricing. Could have easliy charged me more as difficult load to guess the size of but didn't. Really impressed with the service. Had a sofa removed which was quite tricky due to the small space. The removals team were really efficient and took the time to remove the arms to make disposal easier. I have used these guys twice now and they are excellent always timely, quick, efficient and polite. They have me a call 10 mins before the arrives so I could open the gates and let them in then they get the job done. I got a call after for payment - very trusting and also very reasonable. They took quite a lot of stuff for 125 so I was very happy. Thanks I'd recommend and would use you guys again

Really quick, efficient service and nice guys. They collected our giant fridge freezer with no complaints! Only feedback would be a confirmation text or email would be really helpful as I had to call up to double check the guys were coming which is stressful when you're having work done and need pick up in a tight slot.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend KwikSweep for rubbish removal. They offer a highly responsive, courteous service, taking the utmost care when removing rubbish. As I live in a terraced house, they carried a bulky, heavy, dismantled shed through my house to take it away. At no point was I worried that they might damage anything as they were so careful. They were great value too. I'll be using them again.

The removal went really well. Earl and his assistant were really efficient and professional. They were also very nice. The only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 is because they were delayed half an hour, which meant quite a bit of hanging around since they give me a 1-3pm time slot, and only showed at half past 3. However, I understand that traffic happens, and I would still very much recommend their service.
