BTR have been moving our household effects around the world to the various destinations my employment has taken me, for around 17 years! We've finally returned to the UK for a hopefully more stable existence. However since our very first move, the care, attention to detail and professionalism of the whole team, including their contracted packing and unpacking agents used in the various locations we've gone to, have been exemplary.
The UK crews in particular should be single out. Hard working, organised, cheerful and diligent packers and unpackers. The service from the management team has always been first class, . Wherever we've been in the world, on moving day and on redelivery day, there is always phone call from a senior manager to either myself or my wife, just to make sure everything is going to plan and to address any concerns we may have. I cannot recommend BTR International highly enough to anyone who needs to move home internationally, or domestically. Peace of mind comes as standard with the service they provide.
