Structural Warranty
Our ABC+ 10-year structural warranty provides comprehensive coverage for significant defects in residential and commercial properties. As the only RICS-registered provider in the UK, we combine insurance-backed protection with regular site inspections to ensure construction quality. This warranty meets all mortgage lenders' requirements and offers transferable coverage for property sales, with no hidden fees or renewal charges.
Professional Consultants Certificate
Formerly known as architects certificates, our 6-year PCC offers cost-effective mortgage compliance for new builds and conversions. Accepted by all UK lenders, this solution allows upgrades to full warranties later. Ideal for barn conversions and completed properties, it provides immediate saleability while maintaining flexibility for future financing needs.
Warranty Finance
We offer flexible stage payment options with no additional costs, allowing spreading payments across construction phases. This approach helps manage cash flow for developers and self-builders while maintaining full warranty coverage throughout the project lifecycle.
Road and Sewer Bonds
Our infrastructure bonds provide financial security for road and drainage works required by local authorities. These guarantees ensure completion of necessary infrastructure to required standards, facilitating smooth planning permission approvals and subsequent property sales.
Latent Defects Insurance
This specialist insurance protects against structural defects emerging after construction completion. Covering both residential and commercial properties, it provides mortgage-compliant security for developers and property owners, with claims handled by experienced surveyors.

As professional a company as you're likely to experience. ABC have signed off circa 10 projects for us over the past 7 years and from their surveyors through to their office staff and technical team they are a joy to deal with. They turn their paperwork around very quickly which is vital when deadlines need to be hit.

I would like to share our complete satisfaction and appreciation for all the help and advice the whole team at ABC have given our very complicated barn development. It was my first timber framed house, and ABC were the only company who not only took the project on, but took the time and trouble to help me in so many ways, and always with kindness and respect. It has been a pleasure to work with such a friendly and helpful team and I will most certainly be using their services for the very next project.

I worked with Jatinder at ABC to obtain a PCC for our newbuild house. He was extremely quick at getting back to me and helped make the whole process as simple as possible from start to finish. I cannot recommend the company enough - we have had a nightmarish experience moving house this year, yet Jatinder and his team were the exception - I would certainly work with them again!

An amazing service from Mark and the team. Unfortunately I lost my business partner during Covid who handled building warranty matters. In challenging times ABC were able to track all previous correspondence from as far back as 2018 and resolved the issue of certification, working with the original inspector to organise a final inspection with a qualified and briefed colleague over the Easter break at short notice to support the sale of our properties. This is a terrific service and I strongly recommend having a discussion to see how the team can help. We shall be return customers. A very happy Martin.

Fantastic experience; I tried a to get a warranty via another company before finding ABC only to discover they were a broker co.; after months of different but similar requests for project details I gave up and was lucky to find ABC. Dealing direct with people who know what they are doing, within a few weeks all documents reviewed and site visits completed. For the next project I will go to ABC from the outset

I have a three-bedroom house property built-in in 2016 that was with Alpha CRL warranty. Unfortunately, they went into liquidation leaving me in a messy situation. I have called up many companies to seek quotes for alternatives and found Architects Certificate & ABC Warranty the best. Tom Palin the accounts executive has been amazing from my initial from the very first phone call, to the actual booking of an appointment of a surveyor and to the end of issuing a PCC certification (took less than 10 days).
The surveyor (Armarn) was super friendly, punctual and professional. I have been totally impressed with the speed of response, helpfulness and general professionalism. I will certainly be recommending them to anyone who may need a PCC on a new build warranty.

The whole process from start to finish has been excellent. From the initial discussions through to the quote and ultimately our acceptance, we were provided with all the information we needed to make an informed decision. Everyone we spoke with on the phone and email were extremely professional and we really felt they had our interests at heart. The speed that a surveyor was appointed and then visited the property far exceeded expectations.
The surveyor was also very professional and courteous, respecting our property throughout his visit. The technical team worked amazingly quickly and were clear with all communication. Our certification was issued within 2 days of the surveyor attending our property.amazing! We can't praise the whole team enough and fully recommend their services.
