We had damaged our marble seating area and sandstone patio after we painted our fence with a stain oil which splashed onto, and penetrated, the marble and sandstone and marked them extensively - even through a dust sheet! We were so stressed at the damage we caused and embarrassed at ruining our garden. I have the option of clicking on "Good quality" "Good value" "Professional" "Responsive" and "On Time." This company is all of those and so much more. Someone cleaned our marble floor with bleach. This wasn't a good thing, the marble absorbed it and discoloured resulting in ruining the entire floor.

Alicia made a great effort at protecting the floor from existing furniture which couldn't easily be moved. Sanded back the tiles past the discolouration, polished and sealed.

It's not often enough you meet someone who takes pride in their work, this was clear by the effort taken to remove all signs of damage. It was actually a bit of a shame to put the furniture back, the ten year old floor feels smooth and brand new. Absolutely amazing job. Thank you.
