Questions
Do you offer free tile samples?
Yes, we provide free cut samples for most tiles, delivered within 2-3 working days.
What delivery options are available?
We offer 1-2 day express delivery for orders placed before 11am and standard delivery within 2-5 days. Free delivery applies to orders over £300.
What is the difference between porcelain and ceramic tiles?
Porcelain tiles are denser, more durable, and waterproof, making them ideal for bathrooms. Ceramic tiles are more porous and suited for walls or low-moisture areas.
Can natural stone tiles be used in bathrooms?
Yes, but they require sealing to prevent water damage. Granite and slate are durable options, while marble and limestone need more maintenance.
How do I calculate the number of tiles needed?
Measure your room in square metres, multiply by tiles per m² for your chosen size, and add 10-15% for wastage. Use our tile calculator for accuracy.
Do you price match competitors?
Yes, we will match the delivered price of competitors where possible at the time of purchase.

They were wonderful. I was looking for some tiles they had in stock that werent available in another country (not being produced anymore). We explored whether they could ship them abroad for me and they went to great lengths dealing with their logistics partner. In the end, they even dug up a box of the tiles in question and another one of the newer one thats replaced it and took a pic for me of the two next to each other.
They had no issue with me going for the new one that I could get in Italy - they just said they were happy we found the solution together that was easiest, quickest, cheapest. All of this via WhatsApp, and in such a pleasant and helpful tone.

I wish I had ordered my tiles from Hyperion tiles! I ordered from another company, and unfortunately many tiles were broken, which we only found out when our tiler started to use them several weeks later. I contacted the company who were completely unhelpful and said that the tiles had now been discontinued and nothing they could do. I searched online and after having no success with a couple of others, messaged Hyperion Tiles.
I explained the situation and they were so helpful and eventually managed to source the tile for me. Their customer service went above and beyond- I am very grateful. Use them- you will not be disappointed!

I recently purchased some beautiful tiles from Hyperion Tiles, and I couldnt be more pleased with both the product and the customer service. There was a small glitch with the ordering process, but Laura went above and beyond to resolve it. Not only did she fix the issue quickly and efficiently, but she also took the extra step to call and personally explain the situation and solution. I was really impressed by this unexpected level of service! Outstanding support and quality products I highly recommend Hyperion Tiles.

Having sampled a few tile shops around South London, I decided to go all the way to Ascott to check out Hyperion Tiles. Brandon at Hyperion was happy to send me samples of everything I wanted for free to try out and talk me through all the options I considered. I had zero experience with tiles and wanted something that was low maintenance with character. Brandon gave me all his time and knowledge to explain all the different types of materials and point out what maintenance they needed. I very much enjoyed my experience shopping for tiles here. I highly recommend considering this shop and will definately use again in the future.

A 5-star experience from start to finish! Brandon was so kind and helpful and the showroom has the greatest variety of gorgeous, high quality tiles to all kinds of taste. Brandon also recommended us a brilliant tiler, Michael, who was reliable, professional and super kind as well. We couldn't be happier with the service received and would highly recommend Hyperion Tiles to anyone.

Great customer service and communication from lovely helpful staff. Unfortunately had some issues with delivery of tiles due to courier used by the tile manufacturer (not in any way the fault of Hyperion) and they were very helpful in trying to find a solution. Would definitely use again.

Brilliant product. Great customer service. Yes it costs more than regular grout but it's far superior to regular grout in both colour rentention and as a waterproof barrier. It's also competitive with similar resin products but a whole lot easier to use. Highly recommended

Hyperion Tiles in Ascot is our go-to for all our flooring needs & I recommend them whole heartedly. We first purchased some tiles from Hyperion several years ago for our bathrooms & they look as good today as they did then. Earlier this year we decided to tile our porch & replace the carpet in both our lounge & family room with some hardwood flooring. Our first thought was to visit Hyperion Tiles for advice.
We were greeted by Brandon who was first class throughout. He was helpful in recommending suitable products for the job, kindly offered a discount for multiple orders, & was great in both arranging deliveries & sorting out any minor niggles. Both professional & personable, I would have no hesitation in recommending Brandon & the business overall. Our downstairs is now totally transformed - thank you to Brandon & Hyperion Tiles generally. If you are local to the area, be sure to consider them for not just tiles but hardwood options as well.

Fantastic shopping experience at Hyperion tiles. Phenomenal choice and they were happy to answer questions and give me recommendations. I choose from a new Italian collection which was dramatic and stylish. I choose a very dark blue geode design and was so blown away with the finished look and quality pow in the bathroom. Great price, exceptional quality and a very dramatic quality bathroom. Thank you Richard a team

What a find and I'd never go anywhere else to buy porcelain tiles! We used Hyperion Tiles to supply all our floor tiles for our kitchen extension and renovation back in 2019. They have a beautiful selection of tiles and their shop is like an Aladdin's cave. Richard was very helpful and his advice was invaluable to our project. He was able to advise on all the latest design trends and help find us a tile that really complemented our minimalist style whilst working within our budget. We really can't thank him enough and I would happily recommend them to all our friends and family.
