Highly recommend the storm team! The guys popped out and gave us a detailed explanation of the work they suggested would meet our requirements (which is super helpful if youre not overly techy!) We actually choose storm over others based on this personable approach and the great recommendation from a friend! The work was completed quickly and efficiently and all is working well. They seem happy to help wherever possible giving us confidence that we can rely on them if we need to in the future.

Excellent service, really helped us out at very short notice and a difficult situation providing a very professional and knowledgable solution. Requested on Friday for availability next Monday for an initial site inspection. The tradesperson did better and made availability over the weekend. The inspection and additional costs were confirmed before the inspection. The tradesperson did not arrive at the agreed time. However, the tradesperson fixed the video intercom system efficiently, explained how the system worked and what was the potential fault. The tradesperson also offered to fix other home security systems due to spare time.

Scott's work is first class and faultless. He is immensely knowledgeable and (before the job) was able to advise us sensibly and practically on the appropriate solutions for our needs. In carrying out the works, Scott was highly professional and diligent. We are very pleased with the equipment that Scott has recommended, supplied, and installed, which perfectly suits our needs. The job also entailed a fairly tricky cable run and Scott took the time to ensure that the end result blended in flawlessly with the exterior appearance of our house (no easy task). Scott takes pride in his work and is very good company. I will be using him again and would not hesitate to recommend him and StormFS to anybody.
