We called late Sunday afternoon spoke to Steve who took down our details and explained the course of action for what turned out to be a wasps nest. He also explained costs for that service as well as if it was a bees nest.
Steve arrived promptly at 10am Monday (the next day) observed social distancing and wore a mask. He examined the nest area from the ground and then explained the procedure. He got suited up and with his ladders set up professionally efficiently and quickly dealt with our wasps nest.
Afterwards (again observing social distancing and with his mask on) he explained what would happen to the nest and that we shouldn't have any problems but to get back in touch if we had any issues. Thank you Steve and Sandwell Pest Control, excellent professional efficient service.

My wasp exterminator was Steve. Very knowledgable and professional. Nest destroyed immediately despite being hard to locate as it was hidden underground beneath a huge grassy plant. Money well spent and trust me, Steve earns his money!! Those raging wasps still managed to sting him through his protective gear
