RAM Risk Solutions can provide you with a fully documented food management system, which comprises the SFBB diary, cleaning schedules, various temperature records, probe calibration records, training log, food complaint forms, stock rotation policy, delivery records. Other records are available for manufacturing. In addition, we can offer compliance audits & inspections at intervals to suit you after which you will get a comprehensive report detailing legal breaches and guidance on how you can comply with the law. We used Ram Risk Solutions to do an external review of our health and safety systems that we had in place. Ali came up with a grid to show what he felt needed attention and gave us advice on what attention we should give each issue. This was very helpful for us to follow to rectify items that needed improvement. This only took Ali two days to do. Day one he observed our full site and day two he went through all the appropriate paperwork that we had in place. We overall felt we received very good service from Ram Risk Solutions and a good grid to follow to improve areas that needed it.
